ASTANA (Sputnik) — Earlier in the day, Mogherini arrived to Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan, to chair the 11th EU-Central Asia Ministerial Meeting, that bought together diplomats from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
